PREORDER
All products will take up to two weeks. This mean it could take 3 days or 14. Everything is made to order so please understand the process and time. If in high demand and there is a possible delay, you’ll be notified by email.
We have the option for express shipping which brings you to the top of the orders. Generally 3-5 days process and ship.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
NO refunds or returns.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are granted if the item is damaged, defective or does not fit.
Swim bottoms are final sale.

SHIPPING
All our products are handmade and need the extra time and hours to perfect your order. It’s important to choose the right shipping option considering when you need the product:
STANDARD SHIPPING: up to 2 weeks from order date. When in high demand (ie: holidays, sales, seasonal [summer]) it may and can take up to 3 weeks.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: 3-7 days from order date. Your order will be prioritized— this includes travel time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Depending where you are located internationally this could take up to 2 weeks travel time in addition to the UP TO 2-3 weeks production time.
***NOTE: If needed by a specific date, please include that into NOTES/SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS when checking out.
You’ll be responsible for all shipping expenses for exchanged items returning back to REVLABEL.
We recommend tracking number options and insurance as we are not responsible for lost and stolen packages.
LOST/MISSING ORDERS
We are not responsible for any lost or missing items after ship your item with a valid tracking number. Unfortunately, after the package leaves our possession, the carrier offices is now accountable and you could file a claim on their site.
