What does “PREORDER” mean?
- Preorder only applies to handmade items (original collection). Preorder means your agree to purchase and wait for the item to be made (up to two-three weeks) after purchase date.
How long does it take for my items to get to me?
- All handmade items take up to two weeks for production after purchase date. If in high demand it can take up to three weeks. Shipping in the US takes 2-5 days from ship date. If you need your products by a specific date and its less than two weeks from purchase date; please purchase with expedited shipping and provide the specific dated in the “notes” section when checking out.
Are your items ready to ship?
- Most items, no; they’re usually made to order. Although, I always have product fabrics/materials in hand so expedited orders are available.
What do I do when something or my size is sold out?
- Contact the store via email, DM on instagram directly to ask about our availability.
- Subscribe to our mailing list for restock updates.
What is your exchange, refund and return policy?
- We have a no refund and return policy.
- Exchanges are granted ONLY when items do not fit you and it’s on the same item you’ve purchased.
- Swim bottoms are FINAL SALE.
- To avoid getting the wrong sizes, we recommend contacting and consulting with @REVLABEL or Ammy first.
